Friday Evening: "Worry, Fear & Anxiety"
This session is for women and young ladies (middle school and up) and will focus on the top counseling concerns of women--worry, fear, and anxiety. Join us as Dr. Ganschow walks us through these emotions and provides Biblical tools to work through and overcome them.
7-9pm, St. James Lutheran Church, 146 N Main St, Glen Carbon

Saturday Morning: "Ask the Counselor"
Free counseling advice for adult women. Here's your chance to ask your deepest questions! All questions welcome. The Saturday morning gathering is geared toward ladies 18+.
9-11am, PPC Church Office, 409 Edwardsville Rd., Suite A, Troy, IL
A continental breakfast will be provided.
Saturday Afternoon: "Facing Today's Pressures"
The afternoon sessions will be directed to teens, at their parents' discretion, age 13+. Teens will learn about handling peer pressure during the first half of the afternoon. After a short break, the focus will shift to issues concerning gender and sexuality. A time of Q&A will be available for teens to ask specific questions about these topics. Parents and/or youth leaders are welcome to join their teens at this event.

- 1-2pm "Everybody's Doing It! (Peer Pressure)"
- 2:15-3:30pm "Gender and Sexuality"
Lunch will be provided for those attending the teen sessions.
Our Guest Speaker
Dr. Julie Ganschow has been involved in biblical counseling and discipleship for more than 25 years. She has a M.A. of Biblical Counseling, a Ph.D. in Biblical Counseling, and is certified through ACBC and IABC. She is the founder and Director of Reigning Grace Counseling Center, and the founder of Biblical Counseling for Women. She is a featured contributor in GriefShare, serves on the Advisory Board of The Fallen Soldiers March, and is a commissioned member for The Addiction Connection. She has also authored numerous books and co-authored the training course. She makes her home in Kansas City, Missouri, with her wonderful husband, Larry.
